Parochial Church Council - Minutes

A Parochial Church Council, usually known as the PCC, is the elected body that works with the parish priest to support the life, worship, mission and practical running of the church. It helps shape the vision and direction of the parish, encourages outreach into the local community, and shares responsibility for finances, buildings, safeguarding and the care of church property. The PCC also considers how the church can serve its neighbourhood, supports the ministry of the clergy and lay people, and makes decisions on important matters affecting parish life, so that the church’s worship and witness can continue faithfully and effectively.
