July Newsletter

This month’s newsletter sets out the July pattern of worship and parish life at St Augustine’s, including Sunday Sung Mass, weekday Said Mass, and the continuing Open Church sessions for prayer, reflection, companionship, and refreshments. It also highlights key events in the wider Anglo-Catholic life of the parish, especially the Richborough Summer Festival and the Forward in Faith Mass and Garden Party with Bishop Luke of Richborough. Alongside the diary dates and parish information, the newsletter reflects on St Augustine’s place within The Society, the quiet work of renewal already taking root in the parish, the importance of welcoming new people, and the faithful service of all those who help sustain the church week by week. It also includes a short piece on Father George Hamilton Douglas and his lasting influence on St Augustine’s Anglo-Catholic identity, as well as details for giving and support.
